5. Official residence means any house rent by entities entitled to dwell in official residences as prescribed on this Law over the duration by which they are on obligation. 8. Housing development mission means all planned items of labor which are designed to use capital to construct new housing, tikm tokm or technical and/or social infrastructural works for residential use, or to renovate or restore housing in a certain location. 3. Apartment constructing means any multi-storey building which has multiple apartments, public stairs, corridor ways, personal areas, frequent areas and common infrastructural works for organizations, households or individuals, together with apartment buildings for residential use and blended-use buildings for each business and residential functions. 11. Using the apartments not for residential purposes; using the world for enterprise functions within the condominium building underneath authorised mission for trading flammable supplies, explosives, providing providers inflicting environmental pollution, noise or negative results on the lives of households and people in the house constructing as prescribed in regulations of the government. In case of important necessity for nationwide protection and safety functions; socio-financial development for national or public benefits, or state of war, state of emergency, or catastrophe response, the State shall determine the purchase, commandeering, or demolition of housing below lawful possession of the organizations, households, or individuals, then the State should pay compensation and perform insurance policies on relocation to homeowners as prescribed.
17. Lease purchase agreement means an agreement, whereby the lessee pays an choice charge of 20% of a home, except the lessee is able to pay an choice price greater than 20% but not exceeding 50% of the house; the remaining payment shall be thought-about because the monthly rent over a certain duration; the lessee shall acquire the possession of such house if he/she pays off the whole quantity when the lease buy agreement expires. 2. 10. Renovating, expanding, demolishing the homes beneath agreements on housing lease, lease purchase, lending, permission for stay, or authorization of housing management with out the consent of the homeowner. This Law applies to organizations, households or individuals associated to possession, improvement, management, use, and transactions in housing and state administration of housing in Vietnam. Use the house for residential purposes and different purposes not prohibited by rules of regulation. This Law stipulates ownership, growth, administration, and use of housing; housing-related transactions; state administration of housing in Vietnam. Any family or individual is entitled to have residence through investment in housing construction, purchase, lease, lease purchase, receipt of gift, receipt of inheritance, receipt of capital contribution, exchange, borrowing, stay, or authorization for housing management and other transactions prescribed in laws of law. 2. 12. Homeowner means any group, family, or particular person having legit housing by investment in housing development, purchase, lease buy, receipt of gift, receipt of inheritance, receipt of capital contribution, or trade and different transactions prescribed in this Law and corresponding laws of legislation. 2. Procedures for issuance of the Certificate to the homeowner shall comply with rules of regulation on land. 6.
